Delta Juice Factory, Vietnam

A US $8.5 million design-build factory consisting of offices, laboratories, processing, packaging and warehouse facilities for fruit juice, manufacturing. Infrastructure included self-contained waste treatment with outfall to nearby river, full power generation and deep fresh water wells. Project was built on existing rice fields with approximately 6-8 feet of engineered fill. Steel structure with brick partitions was built on pile foundations.
