Diethelm Office (Ho Chi Minh City)

Design-build for an office facility, over 13,000 sq. ft. in area. Demolish complete interior of existing hotel. Added concrete structure for new 4th and 5th level offices and a new steel room structure. Provided additional foundations, new electric elevator, air conditioning, new electrical system including primary and backup power sources, telephone and computer wiring and new exterior façade. Construction duration was four months. Design phase included load testing for structural integrity.
