Renovation of hotel rooms for this Four-Star Luxury Hotel spans 4 years while in full operation and 100% occupied. Phase I, completed in 2003, included 108 suites. Phase II in 2004 consists of 108 suites & 36 villas. Phase III included 114 suites, while Phase IV included 89 suites.
