Two-year assignment as Construction Consultant to the equity partners of this 800-room luxury hotel. This project was on a fast track construction schedule which included sites on 40 acres at the Wailea Resort, Maui, Hawaii. Elaborate water features throughout the site and building with pools and a 2,000 foot long river pool/slide. Largest Ballroom in Hawaii consisting of 28,000 sq. ft., two parking structures for over 1,100 cars (50,000 sq. ft.), elegant health spa (largest in Hawaii) and numerous restaurants and retail spaces.
