210-unit, 5-building Senior Rental Housing project including a drainage channel reconstruction. All 5 buildings were built with termite treated wood framing and Hardie panel siding for durability. The drainage channel is a 725-foot structure with cast-in-place slabs and walls. Total project duration was 10 months.
