A 30, 000 SF elderly housing with 10, 000 SF each on Levels 1 & 2, plus another 5, 000 SF each on Levels 3 & 4. This 31-unit concrete structure provides ample living and common space for living quarters, public meeting room with kitchen facilities, and public restrooms.
