200,000 square feet of new construction to house the waterfront’s "festival marketplace" which contains cafes, restaurants and shops. Renovation of two ships terminals and the world famous landmark Aloha Tower. Complete resurfacing of the piers around these facilities as well as sidewalks, streets and parking area. (World renown James W. Rouse participated in the design.)
